Yes; it’s true that we have the virus, a deadly virus: that we know. We even detest that we are in. we do not focus on dying but we are now living with it. No matter what others say about us, we need not to make ourselves victims, we detest the term “AIDS VICTIMS”; which at times is used to describe us. But also we don’t make victims ourselves.
Victims are weak and powerless. A victim is passive. A victim is no longer responsible. We are not victims. We are powerful and force of change. We are reaching out to others like ourselves, and changing their lives. We are still able, advocating for rights, we are still our selves and responsible;
