Zenith is the Fourteenth Bank in The Gambia
Banjul, The Gambia (TNBES) The Central Bank of The Gambia has issued a licence to Zenith Bank (Gambia) Limited, to commence operations in the country under Section 4 of the Banking Act 2009.
The Central Bank in its quest is informing the public that the said licence was issued to the bank on 30th December 2009, for the Nigerian bank to conduct banking business in the country.
Zenith Bank (Gambia) Limited is a subsidiary of Zenith Bank Nigeria Plc, which is headquartered In Lagos, Nigeria.
According to the Central Bank, the commencement of operation by the said bank makes a total of fourteen (14) banks in the country. VOL:2 ISSN:2
