Ms. Nyima Jadama

Mr. Amat Jeng
The Young Journalists Association of The Gambia, YJAG, said its executive committee unanimously nominated Ms. Nyima Jadama and Mr. Amat Jeng as the Public Relations Officer and Assistant Secretary General of the association respectively.

These nominations were done during an executive meeting held on 8th June 2012 at Unique FM, Bakau.

“Both of the nominees have already accepted their nomination and pledged to work hand in glove with the executive and general members of the association,” Mr. Lamin Jahateh, YJAG Secretary General said on June 25, 2012.

“The nomination of Ms Jadama and Mr Jeng followed the YJAG executive declaring vacant the positions of public relations officer and assistant secretary general on 20th April this year as the elected holders of the said positions, Ms Fatou Jallow and Mr. Amadou Wuyeh Manga respectively traveled out of the country,” Mr. Jahateh added.
